Registration Fee:
The registration fee is $30.00 per family and is non-refundable.

Tuition & Fees:
We accept cash, checks, Visa & Mastercard.
    Payment Methods
    Quarterly - 4 payments due on 9/8/08, 11/3/08, 1/5/09 & 3/9/09
    Semester - 2 payments due 9/8/08 & 1/7/09
    Dance Cards - $150 for 10 classes - For Adults Only Dance Cards are good September through May
    Dance Cards can not be used during the summer (can be used for any regularly scheduled class)
    Single Class $17.00

*There is no extra charge for months with five lessons nor is there a reduction or refund for any classes missed or months with holidays. Statements will not be sent unless an account is past due. (Late fee $20) Tuition is based on a calendar year.

Returned Check Fee:
There is a $30.00 charge for all returned checks.

Canceling Classes:
We reserve the right to cancel any class at any time due to insufficient enrollment for that class.

Attendance:
Students should be dropped off and picked up within 10 minutes of their class time. Students need to attend all classes unless there is an illness or family emergency, as absences affect the class as a whole. Make-up lessons can be taken within the paid calendar month in a class of comparable level. Parents & students are responsible for contacting the studio office to find out any information they may have missed during an absence. No make-up lessons are given at the end of the dance season as recital preparations are in process.

Personal Property:
Be sure to label your dancewear so we can return it to you if left at the studio. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles of clothing, jewelry, or other personal property. There is a lost and found box.

Bulletin Board:
In our lobby area, there is a bulletin board that will have updated information each month. Please take time to read this information carefully.

Performances:
The Dance Center will have a holiday spectacular in early December and an end of the year showcase at the end of May or beginning of June. We will also have several performance opportunities throughout the year. There is a $40.00 per family, non-refundable, recital fee for participation in performances to go towards the cost of the auditorium, programs, technicians, and other costs.

Costumes: Students who participate in the spring recital will be required to purchase a costume for the classes attended. A $50 costume deposit (per class) is due no later than November 30th. If a deposit is not recieved no costume will not be ordered. Once a costume has been ordered you are responsible for the balance of the costume and any other accessories that are needed for the performance such as shoes, tights, bows etc. Once a costume has been ordered, there is no refund or cancellation.
