Mission Statement:
Our mission is to create a positive, exciting,
non-competitive environment in which everyone feels
comfortable, inspired and respected while providing a
quality dance education.
Safety:
Per our
Landlord, the front area is for drop off and pick up
only. Failure to comply will result in the
car being towed at the owner’s expense. Do not park
in the parking lot adjacent to the building by the
front door, that parking lot is for the restaurant
Los Amigos, the Oriental shop and their apartment
tenants. Our parking lot is located in the back of
our building. The driveway entrance is in front of
our building (to the right of the building), exiting
only onto
Park Road.
When dropping students
off in the front of the building, please do not
back up out of the driveway, students often walk
through this area to and from class.
If you are carpooling
for the younger children please keep us informed of
changes so we know whom your child is going home
with. To avoid any injuries please remind your
children of proper behavior while in the waiting
room, such as sitting properly on the furniture (not
climbing or tumbling on it).
Care of Students:
The Dance Center is not responsible for before or after care
of students. We ask that all parents with students under the
age of 5 stay at the school until the lessons are complete.
Please be considerate of staff and be prompt with drop off &
pickup of your student. Students should arrive and be picked
up within 10 minutes of their class. Repeated late pickups
may result in additional fees.
Attire:
Please come to classes with the proper clothing and
shoes. No jeans, school clothing, outside shoes or
sneakers allowed in the classrooms. If you are not
dressed appropriately, you may be asked to observe
the class rather than participate. Label your
dancewear just in case you leave something at the
studio. There is a lost and found box located on the
coat rack. Items left over a long period of time
will be placed in the waiting room to claim,
unclaimed items in one week will be discarded.
